Repairs and Preventive Maintenance
Loyal Vending will provide you with state-of the-art equipment. Given this fact, we anticipate that our vending machines will operate trouble free. However, we have a qualified and skilled service technician available to handle repairs. All of our route service staff wear beepers for immediate availability. The service person assigned to your location will be responsible for completing any necessary repairs in a timely manner and will inform you of any pending or overnight shutdown of equipment if any are needed. It is Loyal Vending’s policy that if any equipment has a continual mechanical problems, we will replace it.
Seventy-five percent of all maintenance calls are related to coin changer malfunctions. Loyal Vending has successfully addressed this problem by providing Mars Electronic Changers in most of our equipment. The Mars changer has proven to be the most reliable in the industry and our additional investment has enhance our services by reducing the number of coin related maintenance calls. Also, as part of our quality control, our service personnel are trained to do preventive maintenance as part of their scheduled service calls. Every two months all coin mechanism are cleaned and every six months all electric motors are lubricated and checked for worn parts and/or potential problem areas. A complete preventative maintenance schedule is enclosed for your consideration.
